ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I was an aspirant team member preparing for agency ownership. Prior to insurance, I owned and operated a veterinary hospital for 14 years, building it from the ground up, and also ran a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed.

I’m married and a proud father of four, and family is extremely important to me. My wife is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so mental health and maintaining balance are values we take seriously both personally and professionally. I stay very active in the local community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy building strong relationships within the area we serve.

Our office is located in a beautiful 100-year-old home in a historic town, which gives the agency a unique and welcoming atmosphere. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Pelfrey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
